- Tags, packaging, and accessories must remain intact
- Item must not show signs of wear, damage, stains, or odors
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on items such as lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits, or clearance items.
Return Process

- Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. We will assist you in arranging an exchange, depending on product availability.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order is shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will re-send the correct item or offer a refund at no extra cost.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, we will help you open an investigation with the courier. Refunds or replacements will be issued based on the courier’s final investigation result.
